I’m interested, what happens next?
Firstly, please contact us. We will carry out some initial research through Ordnance Survey plans, and then review the planning potential of your plot. At this stage, it may also be beneficial for us to meet and view the site ‘on the ground’ for a clearer picture.
In some cases, it may be necessary to negotiate with neighbouring land owners for better access or additional land to enhance the development potential. If this is necessary, we will take care of it.
Also at this stage it is normally sensible to begin to identify suitable development partners. Their input will be necessary when it comes to designing the best scheme and obtaining planning permission.

 | | When you are ready to proceed further, there are many different ways in which the sale can be structured. There are many factors to consider, including your own preferred timescale, whether you wish to pay for the planning and architects fees, or whether you would prefer a buyer to take the risk and pay these fees with a simple sale ‘subject to planning permission’ arrangement.
We will discuss all of these options with you in detail, and rest assured, whatever recommendations we make will be tailored to your site and personal circumstances specifically. No two sites are the same, and therefore a “one size fits all” strategy would be wholly inappropriate.
Once a deal is agreed, we will continue to look after things every step of the way. This means that with Nash Land & Development you can maximise the value of your asset and experience the highest standards of feedback and communication. We are fully independent Specialist Land Consultants.
